Да, это типовой проект №2801, арх. Наумычев В.Н., такой же в Питере есть - https://www.citywalls.ru/house13978.html
В списке утвержденных на 1937 год проектов Наркомздрава такой упоминается тоже - "Проект №2801 Роддом на 50 коек, 2 х этаж., кирпич., центр. отоплен".

Надо перенести это здание в роддома, может даже проект в базу добавить.
