Насколько я понял, это домики Ивацевичского ДСК, ныне видимо вымершего. Какая-то помесь 210 и БР464, были от 2 до 5 этажей, как и 210.

Возвращаясь к вопросу — их там целая группа домов. Я бы не сказал ,что похоже на 28, но картинок примеров кроме 1 на типдоке нет.
