Не приходит на ум никому что это может быть?
Такие дома строились в конце 80-х у нас. Квартиры в них довольно неплохие Подъезды с сушилками.

Эти дома имеют только 2-х и 3-х комнатные квартиры. Сушилка в подъезде принадлежит жильцам 2-х комнатных квартир. Балконы зигзагом - это двушки. У трёшек сушилка располагается в квартире. Подъезды в домах очень просторные и подниматься по лестнице на этажи легко.
