В 1918 г. после национализации предприятие стало именоваться как Хладокомбинат №4.
В здании находились камеры №2 и камеры №3 хладокомбината №4.
В 1930-е гг. с севера пристроили еще одну камеру(№1).
Снос здания начат в июле 2021 г.
