Ну я внутри был, могу сказать что планировка похожа. Но где-то уже были самодельные стены из 90х. А так может быть. Но декор вообще мимо, из того что полистал и увидел на сайте.

Фундамент там вообще интересный, когда трубы меняли,он из камней, валунов где-то даже. Под трубами я имею ввиду сети, коммуникации.
