Там 1-438-6М.
Со спутника по вентканалам сложно рассмотреть, но в Google Street View можно увидеть окна на торцах. Одновременно двух- и трехстворчатые окна торцов встречаются только у 1-438-4 и 1-438-6(М).

Все же просто 1-438-6. Судя по нумерации квартир, первый этаж изначально был жилым.
