Не модернизм никакой волны - серия 1-244 1948 года, Б-8-50 - проект 1952 года. Первое ещё можно отнести к сов. неоклассицизму, второй полностью утилитарный, весь декор в обрамление входа в подъезд https://domophoto.ru/photo/19224/.
